Years ago I used http://communitye... and built on that. The
thought of doing all that profiles/images/friending/etc.. stuff by
hand just seemed like it was in the way. It worked well and was easy
enough to extend (we had some weird self-referential friending to do).
This was 2009, so Im' sure CE had changed some since then.
