January talk suggestion

The holidays & new year have us running a bit behind and unfortunately we don't have a talk in place for next week's nyc.rb yet. Any volunteers and/or suggestions on what people want to hear?
If we can't come up with something by end-of-week we'll plan on doing an evening of lightening talks which is always fun.
