I wanted to let you know that Dev Bootcamp is hiring in NYC.  Dev Bootcamp is a 9 week intensive Ruby/Rails school that is launching its 3rd location in NYC.

We are looking for teachers and teaching assistants with coding experience.  You don't need to have teaching experience (although it's a plus). You could be:
* An professional Rubyist who is interested in teaching and sharing their skills
* A teacher (formal or informal) who has some Ruby skills
* A recent college graduate with a CS degree or having take some CS classes.
* Any combination of coding experience and teaching experience or interest!

We are also looking for a recruiter/placements person in NYC as well as an office manager.

The company has a great culture and allows for a good amount of professional development time.  There is an entire part of the curriculum dedicated to communication skills and emotional intelligence.  Our salaries are much closer to engineer salaries than teacher salaries.  Full benefits, twice a week yoga, etc.

We are also looking for mentors and speakers if you'd like to be involved in a smaller way.  Email [address removed] if you are interested.

If you are interested in teaching, please email [address removed] or go here.

If you are interested in placements or office manager, please email [address removed]

If you have any questions for me, hit me up at [address removed].

If you or someone you know is interested in becoming a student, go to our applications page or [address removed]
