I live in NJ, but am frequently in NY. I am a new ASL student, and I'm looking for other people with that similar interest.

Welcome! :D
Hike Part 2: We'll continue from the Cornish Estate ruins heading up the blue trail to the red trail. This additional 3/4 of a mile hike will take us along a path that includes a couple cascades on the way to the ruins of the Cornish Estate Farms. We'll take a 15 minute break at the ruins to have lunch and explore and then will return to the Cornish Estate ruins. The return to the Cornish Estate ruins goes right next to a brook that produces beautiful waterfalls.
Hike Part 1: We'll start at the parking lot and take the Blue trail that goes through the woods. At one point, there's fallen trees on the Blue trail so we'll bushwhack a little bit. We'll then take the old woods road that does a couple of S turns and has a little bit of elevation (because the old woods road switchbacks a couple times, the elevation change isn't a straight uphill but instead a curving road and is spread out). The hike from the parking lot to the Cornish Estate is 3/4 of a mile.
I've decided to break Sunday's hike into 2 parts, with the 1st part being on the easier side of a moderate difficulty hike & the 2nd part being on the more difficult side of the moderate difficulty hike.
We'll meet in the parking lot that's across the street from Little Stony Point Park at 11:30 am. While Little Stony Point Park's address is 3011 Route 9D, Cold Spring, NY; my Garmin GPS put the address we are meeting at as 2097 Route 9D. My mobile telephone number is [masked].
Sure thing for this weekend. Just note that it is more of a park hike than a woods hike and will be very short, only about 2.4 miles total. I can pick you up at 10 AM if you still want to go on this Sunday.
Hi Onnie -- As I was mentioning at the last hike, I was planning a hike followed by some winery visits for their wine and chocolate weekend event. I just got finished planning it for Sun, Feb 13, but I am not sure if an automatic event notification went out, so here is the link if you didn't get it
