Now how about doing the reverse of this; lat/lon to street address?

I believe Google api supports this, but the usual limitations on number of queries per day apply.

While we're on the subject, if anyone would like help converting the "x, y" State Plane coordinates from NYC Data Mine to latitude / longitude, I finally figured it out.? Shoot me an email, I can probably point you in the right direction,

There are actually a number of free geocoding routes one can take. All you need is the street address. Here are two examples.

Yahoo provides a geocoding API: http://developer.yahoo.com/maps/rest/V1/geocode.html

There's also http://geocoder.us/
