I have been dancing and performing jazz, tap, ballet, lyrical since the age of 5. I began bellydancing my last semester in college, the winter of 2002. I have been dancing on and off since then.
Yes, I have performed for public and student groups. I have performed at student galas and festivals and also for my former college.
I really love Egyptian style because that is what I have the most training in, but I am open and interested in exploring the other styles of dance. I love the way tribal looks....
Cassandra Shore of the Cassandra School in Minneapolis, Rachel Brookmire, Saphira, Ebony, and Catarina of Sahara dance in DC, Nourhan Sharif, Yousery Sharif, Azza Amon, Ranya Renee, Bellyqueen, Vivianne of Serena's, Tito, Hasan Afifi, Mimi Fontana, Anahid Sofian, Morocco, Lubna of Egypt, Gamila El Masri, Jaida, Autumn Ward, Janelle, Samantha, Shoshanna..
I am looking to gain new friendships, new insights on performance opportunities and a way to connect with bellydancers in New York.
Hello! I am interested in connecting with other people in NYC who are involved in the middle eastern dance and any dance community.
Keep it up! I feel that this is my heart and life... It is my way to find out about what is going on with other people who share my love of belly dancing and a way to connect with them.
