Re: [brights-147] Stand Against the GOP's Voter Suppression Schemes

What is illegal is the purposeful often strategic disenfranchisement and
disproportionate effect on clearly delineated groups of minorities,
democrats, and lower socioeconomic groups; Young and old are being cut
down too. Their supreme court is standing ready, willing to support
their crimes against our constitution making them all committing or
suborning treason, in my humble opinion. Like in so many states where
citizens are actually in danger. We should invite any who feel they are
in danger to come over to blue states for asylum and have their votes
tallied by an independent auditor. There are governors and mayors and
sheriffs who should be immediately investigated, arrested and tried. But
those states are well armed and in the hands of extremists, in and out
of government. Its a difficult time for established freedoms.

I used to call republicans, repugnicans and conservatives, don't
deservitives [sic] but have refined my views.

They are now officially to me (CAZtm2012); Obstructicans and
Impotenatives. Quote freely. Meme it up.

Bright Cheers,
Charles

p.s. This is our Bright's community meetup, a closed service for local
Brights of all stripes and please assume that anyone's efforts to add to
the exchange here and exude mutually useful culture, as long as it is
even two Brights who decide to exchange
links/info/events/interests,saliva, etc, may do so as long as there is
one other bright who is interested. Generally if you disagree or just
decide to express some details of a counterpoint, hugs for doing so but
please no negative personalization or insults to any one here.
Brightness is not only re-enlightenment but encouragement. This is, and
has been my hope, to continue to provide our Bright home in NYC, expand
all out allies efforts and maintain the Nat. Hist. Museum as a home
base, continue our natural international diplomacy and encourage civic
action.

Critiques should not be personal ones. You would be surprised at how
broad our readership, members, followers and rebroadcasts are, in
addition to other separate cyber channels we all use. We must represent
despite our differences for we have a clear overarching connection to
knowledge and reality, the most justifiable worldview. Most brights are
members of several allied groups locally and nationally and
particularly, to the great significance to dialogue, diplomacy and
security in other countries with serious superstitious and
fundamentalist laws that often exceed medieval, many of our member are
civic leaders and struggling under barbarism and repression. Bright
encouragement makes all the difference. We are the broadest umbrella org
and even if some dislike our name, its our name and continue to
naturally shine with it.

Many of our loose rules and moderation is common law here but fun to
repeat now and then, so we continue be aware of each other, communicate
things we know are useful to others here, though not all. Sometimes we
explore or participate in the culture of knowledge and science and
humanity at converging at any number of our or other allied functions
and always know where a bright stands when we meet one.

I am proud to stand with you all, in our commonality and diversity.

Thanks you for dealing with my sometimes faulty, excessively long sentences.

Charles
