An Old Fashioned Thanksgiving Dinner But Where Nobody Has To Cook

Hey all,

Since last year's Thanksgiving dinner was a hit, I thought I'd see if people would like to do it again at a restaurant TBD. If you're like me and enjoy as many turkey dinners as possible, then join us!

The food was fabulous, and the company was great!

We had a good sized group. Almost all new faces: many people who had never been to a Canadian meet up before. Everyone enjoyed the food, the staff was very nice and lots of great conversation.

Hey Shani - how would I find you guys in the restaurant? Do I just mention them your name?

Okay, in case there are any last minute stragglers, please finalize your RSVPs by noon so I can give a final head count to the restaurant. Thanks and see you for the big feast!

GREAT idea guys! We've got my American husband's family in for dinner, so I'm cooking a *mostly* Traditional Jigg's Dinner from Newfie (with a few Virginia additions). It'll be fun!!

It's a prix fixe dinner (see above), which is $35, or you can order off the menu.

Is there a fee for the dinner?

I'm going to be traditional (how appropriate for Thanksgiving) and pick the restaurant we dined at last year. And unless you were there, it will be new to you! The have an a la carte and prix fixe menus ($35).
