Hi everyone :-)

Come join us for a delicious brunch on Saturday February 11 at Jing
Fong in Manhattan's Chinatown. If you haven't been there before,
you'll be shocked that such a huge restaurant exists anywhere in
Manhattan! Jing Fong is a traditional dim sum place where the staff
wheels around trolleys with little dishes of dumplings, steamed pork
buns, shrimp rolls, and an endless variety of other small plates. As
each trolley comes around, we point at anything that looks good, enjoy
a leisurely meal together, and keep on going until everyone is

The dishes are tiny (each provides 3-4 people with a couple of bites)
and cost about $1.50 - $3.00 per dish, so we can feast for a couple of
hours, and the total usually comes to about $10-$20 per person. We'll
plan to split the tab unless anyone wants to order unusually expensive
items from the menu, in which case we can handle those on separate
tabs. Most items contain pork, shrimp, or both, so if you can't eat
those, you'll have to order from the menu separately.

We'll meet in front of Jing Fong (at the bottom of the escalator) at
10:45 am so we can all secure a couple of big tables. If you think
you'll be late or you have any trouble finding the group, call or text
me and you can meet us upstairs. You can reach me at (917) 952-2935.

Hope to see you there!
