I also understand and accept that to showup and/or participate in the NYC Latin Dance Lovers activities (i.e. dancing, skiing, snowboarding, walking, hiking, paintball, soccer, baseball, two hand touch, frisbee, etc.), both indoor and outdoor activities, involves certain risks of physical injury. Therefore, I, individually, hereby release and discharge, NYC Latin Dance Lovers Organizer(s), Assistant Organizer(s) and Event Organizer(s) from any and all claims, actions, damages, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses of any kind whatsoever, including but not limited to any claims of negligence, arising out of, resulting from, by reason of, or in connection with my coming to or participation in any of NYC Latin Dance Lovers programs or activities. NYC Latin Dance Lovers Organizer(s), Assistant Organizer(s) and Event Organizer(s) reserve the right to take and utilize photographs, videos, or any type of recordings of participating person while engaged in our or associated activities. I consent to NYC Latin Dance Lovers to use photographs, videos, or recordings of me, for advertising, promotional, or related purposes, and waive all rights to compensation and other rights which may arise as a result. Please note that if you bring a guest(s) to an event you are responsible for informing them of the PARTICIPATING IN NYC LATIN DANCE LOVERS ACTIVITIES AGREEMENT.
