What kind of camera do you own?

Nikon D700, Niikon D800 and a variety of Nikon FX lenses from 24-70,[masked] & 105. Also 4 speedlights (2 SB800 2 SB910). Along with an array of modifiers.

What is your interest in photography?

In a word; Creativity. Then all the rest falls into place, career, art, expression, beauty. I am fairly new as a photographer and shoot rather sporadically but really didn't start shooting until 2010. Far too much stagnant time inbetween shoots - really like to change that! I work primarily as a graphics designer, but my passion invariably falls back to photography. Now, I tend to blend the forms while looking to do more with photography as a potential career path while filling my passion to make beautiful images.

Have you taken a photography class before?

Yes, albeit awhile ago I've taken a variety of workshops, seminars and all day classes on a wide range of small flash / big strobes - post production and workflow as well.

What's your experience with photography?

I've been an advanced to intermediate amateur photographer now with a fair share of TFP and various model photography. However, I am still amateur with a need to advance and desire to excel - I grew up with a camera in hand while shooting landscape / seascape growing up, but always drawn to people - beauty - edgy - creativity. When I'm shooting and surrounded with like minded, creative people - the energy is inspiration which fuels the vision, drive and desire! You can see some of my beginning work or read more about my interests and bio at my website, G+ or FB. ;-)

Having been a Graphics Designer for a small automotive R&D firm; I've since gone freelance with a rekindled passion for photography. I've always been drawn to artists and those in the creative world - so I look forward to sharing more in person!
