Come on out to our next monthly meetup at Jimmy's no. 43! In honor of St. Patrick's Day, we will be bringing boozey and bitter ferments for our March Meet-Up. Some possible ferments might be: beer, country wine, mead (honey wine), hard cider, kombucha, cacao/chocolate, Dandelion anything, culinary bitters, etc . Let your imagination go wild!

June - Kimchi making with Fermentation on Wheels (tentative,date to be determined)
July 7 - Miso (Sweet Miso takes about 4-8 weeks)
