Monthly Meetup at Jimmy's no 43 - Booze and Bitters

Come on out to our next monthly meetup at Jimmy's no. 43!   In honor of St. Patrick's Day, we will be bringing boozey and bitter ferments for our March Meet-Up. Some possible ferments might be: beer, country wine, mead (honey wine), hard cider, kombucha, cacao/chocolate, Dandelion anything, culinary bitters, etc .  Let your imagination go wild!

Next few months...

April 7 - Sauces and Condiments

May 5 - Spring Greens

June - Kimchi making with Fermentation on Wheels (tentative,date to be determined)

July 7 -  Miso (Sweet Miso takes about 4-8 weeks)

    You guy are pretty good at coinciding with snow storms, I just heard about 12+ inches of snow expected then!! If I can make it... I might bring some Scotch to go with the bitters and warm us all up!
