Ferment at the Brooklyn Food Conference

In addition to many, many amazing, speakers, workshops and events, I'll be giving a workshop on lacto-fermentation, specifically sauerkraut. Come learn, do, and taste samples! The workshop will take place at 2:00pm. Check the program at the event for the exact room.

    My message to my group and you guys are welcom to join!
    Hi guys, I changed the meetup time to 11:30. Plan is to walk around a bit, have lunch at 12, walk around some more and visit "Ferment" at 2pm. Going to head off to Carroll Gardens at 3:30 to have some Wings with some friends from Yelp.com you're absolutely welcome to come as well.
