What is your history with fermentation or what are you interested in learning about?

I started making fermented things from around 2011. Would like to try other forms of fermentation as my husband doesn't appreciate the process of some stinky fermentation like nukazuke : (

Introduction

Hi, I've been making homemade yogurt and Japanese pickles (nukazuke), sauerkraut, kefir etc. and now want to try other things. Will be nice to meet others!
