What is your history with fermentation or what are you interested in learning about?

I love fermented everything. Though I would love to take the time to learn more about fermentation; how to do it myself, the process, and just how to better preserve food.

How did you find out about NYC Ferments?

Through looking for groups that focused on some more scietific aspects of food.
