What is your history with fermentation or what are you interested in learning about?

Ive def made all kinds of pickles, krauts, and fire ciders for immune and digestive boosters for myself family, friends and patients. I love the alchemical process and the delicious gifts it produces! I like to tell parents about the health benefits of fermented foods for their kids gut flora. Emotional issues for people in general can improve when the gut flora is healthy-neurotransmitters are produced in a healthy gut!
