I have become a fermentation geek, attended many classes, continually experiment at home and am able to produce fermented food regularly. I want to learn as much as possible.
A just food event.
I am interested in raw foods and the benefits of fermented foods. Looking to meet others with the same interest.
Great meetup group. Everyone is very friendly and helpful in sharing fermentation info, resources and ferments.
