What is your history with fermentation or what are you interested in learning about?

I already make lacto fermented veggies and kefir. And I've made sauerkraut. I'd love to learn to make kombucha, or perhaps some interesting veggie options I've not made before.

Hi : ) I am a former vegetarian, now grass based omnivore. My local CSA gives me more veggies each week than I can eat, so I juice some and ferment others.
