What is your history with fermentation or what are you interested in learning about?

Took Machaela's class at the 2012 Brooklyn Food Conference and ran with it. Since then did my first batch following her techniques and materials. After that bought a fermenting crock. Also purchased Fermenting for Idiots and am following the recipes there.

Introduction

Hi. I am relatively new to fermenting but really enjoy it. Have made a few sauerkrauts and recently got a SCOBY and have made a few batches of kombucha. Want to try water and milk kefir next.
