As everyone else said, I'm sure it's fine. My pugs get pimples on their faces from time to time and they go away without issue. But, in one instance my pug Ava had a bump that didn't go away and kept growing. It was a small non-cancerous mass that had to be surgically removed. That said, everything was fine after they removed it. But it's good to be cautious with anything that keeps growing or doesn't go away after a week or two.

My 4-year old pug frequently gets "pimples" near his mouth and under his chin. Sometimes they will grow in size and become a little red, but they usually go away within a few weeks. I don't think they are anything to be concerned about, I'm pretty sure it's typical of the breed. Of course, it's always safe to go to the vet to get it checked out. But I don't think there is any need for you to worry, my dog's vet has never been concerned about his "pimples".
Let me know if you have any questions!
