Get your New Year's groove on with a brisk hike through Central Park. We'll meet at the traffic circle fountain at Columbus Circle. The last time we did this, some people went to the park entrance fountain, so please come to the traffic circle fountain. Look for Sarah holding a Raw Meetup sign. After the hike, we'll go to Raw Soul for dinner. Please RSVP separately for dinner event.

I'll send out my phone number prior to the event in case you have trouble finding the group.

It was cold, but a wonderful experience. Sarah and the group were so kind to meet up with me further north in the park, as I was running too late to get to the starting point on time.

The hike was very invigorating. Cold enough to keep a brisk pace, but not freezing. Wish I would have had more opportunity to talk to everyone, but the conversations I did have were great!

Great hike, great company and just the right kind of weather! Central Park has plenty of charm to offer in every season and today it even came with the refreshing touch of a brisk yet soft at the edges.. winter day. Thanks to Sarah for organizing and for those who could make it. Made new friends and enjoyed the conversations.

It was beautiful being in nature, in the moment walking through Central Park. I enjoyed seeing the architecture of the towers and other structures. I made some new friends. Very nice people except for one major loser named Ronnie who walked in back of me and whipped me with some rope and belittled me in front of a girl he was walking with in the hopes of making himself look good. That would be hard to do because he is such a pathetic loser. I guess that type of behavior is that is expected in a public event like this. I should have never told him about this meetup group.

Just bought a great new pair of Lowa women's hikers and can't wait to try them out for this! Also soooo eager to eat at Raw Soul for the first time!
