What Is Your Favorite Raw Food or Recipe??

I'm a chef & believe it or not, I eat more salad than anything else. I have lots of raw dishes that I think are winners.

What Percentage Of Your Diet Consists Of Raw Food And What Is Your Goal?

I eat about 75% raw in the warmer months and add some more lightly cooked dishes when it's cooler out. I find it to be more grounding for me.

What Attracted You To Eating Raw Food?

The vibrant effect that it has.

How can the community best support you in your journey? (moral support, transition advice, fitness tips, etc)

I'm a personal chef now and want to know as much as possible so that I can best share it with others. Sharing information, recipes and getting to know more people in the community are the best form of support.

Introduction

I listened to a lecture by a wonderful woman who (before I knew it) had me doing a month long cleanse and juice fast. The experience was so "transformational," that I knew that I was on to something huge. There's been no turning back since then.

A friend of mine just burst my bubble when she sent me an article that Jeff wrote about raw cacao. I'm really curious to hear how some of the WELL RESPECTED proponents will respond. I make and sell raw chocolates on a regular basis touting their virtues. It guess that, if it seems too good to be true, it probably is. Hell, look at what's being said about agave & Thai young coconuts too! I'm curious about how others are eating raw and local (especially in the cold months).
