I only recently discovered how wonderful eating simply with raw foods is.
I'm currently experimenting with juices. My favorite is apple, cucumber, pineapple, wheatgrass & mint.
50% right now. I'd like to get to 100% in 2012.
Too many people in my family have preventable chronic illnesses due to what they eat. I don't want to end up like them! I truly believe that a good diet full of living veggies leads to optimal health.
I love tips, recipes, happy greetings. Anything will do! I just want to be part of a community that inspires me to be a better version of myself.
