A little over a year.
Turnip or beet ravioli with cashew parsley cheese and raw marinara.
Right now it is at about 70%. I am going to do[masked]% for a month or so this summer and see how I feel.
I kept hearing and reading about the clarity and energy you gain when eating this way.
Moral support and transition, definitely. I've fiddled with my diet a million times, but this is changing your body's chemistry completely...
I've been at about 70% for a while now and will probably go[masked]% in the next few days. My immediate goal is to stay that way for 30 days or so and see how I feel.
