i started just 3 weeks ago.
haven't had too much variety yet, but i really enjoy a simple broccoli, red onion, and tomato salad with olive oil as dressing.
pretty much 100% besides the occasional cup of tea
initially it was because i had been sick for a long time, and i still am. i think eating raw vegan has already helped me heal. but since then, i can FEEL the benefits of eating this way so and i plan on staying raw even after i heal.
helping me find recipes that work around my food sensitivities would be very helpful. also just any information about good raw places to eat, or raw juice bars in the area. and any online resources for information or buying products
i'm interested in meeting others in to raw/living foods and sharing in recipes and resources
so far so good :) read my reviews of specific meetups for this group
