I'm passionate about taking care of my body and continuously discovering new ways to use plant-based foods in delicious and beneficial ways.
I have been interested in raw foods for nearly 2 years now, and have been working to keep a fully vegan diet with some mishaps here and there for about a year.
I LOVE avocados!
Probably at least 50% of my diet is raw by default from all the fruit I eat. I believe it is OK to eat some cooked foods, so for the moment I am okay with as little as 50%.
Raw is just so pure and natural. The earth presents our food to us in this manner and so why should we not accept it this way? Mother nature knows what she's doing!
I think that sharing information, passion, and supporting each other is the best way we can all achieve our nutrition goals!
