Hello. I am new-ish to raw food. I had a friend guide me through a juice cleanse, but now I'm looking to learn how to live a raw lifestyle, because I loved the way I felt when following a raw lifestyle.

Glad to have with us. When we get together there is usually about 4 or 5 of us and we share what we know with each other and save the second half for healing each other. It's great.
