Role Introduction
Recruiters play an essential role in ensuring Experian Marketing Services continues to grow with top-notch talent. In this role, the recruiter will be an excellent and innovative sourcer and implement staffing strategies to provide a qualified and diverse candidate pool. This role is tasked with working with hiring managers and the recruitment team to ensure preparedness during the interview process and that interviews are conducted efficiently and professionally. He/she will be tasked with diving into the business and understanding each role you recruit for and its importance to the company.

Are you the Ideal Candidate for this role?
• You have at least 5 years of sourcing/recruiting experience on the corporate side and have also worked on the agency side
• You have both Tech and Business recruiting experience within internet, digital or ecommerce businesses.
• You are addicted to working in a fast paced, online entrepreneurial environment.
• You have a strong work ethic, sense of urgency and a positive outlook and LOVE being a team player.
• You thinks it’s both challenging and fun, love working with, satisfying and celebrating success with hiring managers (High Five’s and/or fist bumps are encouraged at all times).

Sourcing - Comfort / ability to be innovative and ground breaking with sourcing techniques while also using old fashioned elbow grease to cold calling passive candidates.
Networking - attending professional events and mastering LinkedIn and social networking to market Experian’s opportunities.
Recruiting - Identify potential candidates through web sourcing, networking, leveraging group research, and candidate referrals and strategically selling them internally.
Client Service - Provide support, guidance and counsel related to the recruitment cycle to hiring managers and hiring teams as needed.
Accuracy - Excellent attention to detail/accuracy
Agility - Work with all skill levels and both jr. positions within the organization.
Integrity - Maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ yrs overall experience preferred including both technical and business (client services, sales or marketing, etc…)
• Strong understanding and usage of job social media channels and boolean search techniques.
• Strong negotiator and closer of candidates is a must.
• Strong partnership skills as well as the ability to mentor colleagues within the team
• Full-cycle recruitment support preferably within an internet or advertising organization.
• Computer savvy; experience with ATS’s (Both good and bad!), MS Office and a little HTML too!
• Exceptional interpersonal skills; friendly, tactful, good negotiator, ability to influence others.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong enthusiasm and passion for the recruiting/sourcing profession.
