Integration Testing with Cucumber and Selenium Webdriver

Join us on Monday, Nov 11 at Sailthru Office to hear a talk by Rich Downie, who recently left LivingSocial to be the Automation Tech Lead at newBrandAnalytics in Washington, DC.  He has more than 10 years experience in testing software.

He will be sharing his best practices including thor, javascript, database checks, smart sleeps, etc. using cucumber and selenium-webdriver . He will also talk about how to move your test suite from the command line to the cloud where test runs and failures are captured using Ruby on Rails.

Note: Food and drinks will be served by our venue sponsors Sailthru.

For Meetup members who don't have their full name displayed, please email me your full name as it appears on your legal ID card. Building security will require that we send them a list of attendees. Thanks.

@Kelly, I would say both QA and developers will benefit from this talk.

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
