Who organized?

Same schedule as past meetups: assemble over some coffee, then visit a few stores.

We'll assemble at the front of Pain Quotidien Bryant Park (look for the meetup table tent at the stand up tables inside the door) for some coffee before we head out.

The plan is to visit about 2 fabric stores and 2 trim stores. If you're looking for a specific type of fabric or notion (cotton? lining fabrics? purse hooks?) put it into your RSVP comment.

Please note that you only have to be a fabric fan to attend this meetup - whether you're a crafter or a sewer, come get some coffee and walk around with us.

This event isn't a "learn to sew" event, just a laid back walk with a little shopping. That said, many of the attendees of the past events enjoy sewing & will probably be more than happy to chat about the fabrics in the stores & explain lining fabric is, or whether something would be good for a skirt.

I really enjoyed the stores and the company. I got some good ideas from the other participants. Lili had a wonderful dress with beautiful trim, Wendy was wearing a great top she had made and Amy was buying trim to put on a t shirt.
    •  This was a great Meetup. Wendy is very knowledgeable about the shops in the area and did a wonderful job of keeping us all together. It was a pleasure meeting so many nice women & discovering shops I'm sure to visit time and again. Thanks everyone!
