Hi I'm Scott. I'm a Strength and Conditioning Coach located in downtown manhattan. I would love to meet some fellow entrepreneurs and network and share ideas with them on how we can help each other to build business.

I offer athletic performance training, post-rehabilitation fitness, and functional training to people of all walks of life. My fitness organization also offers boxing, muay thai kickboxing, and weight loss programs to help you maximize your functional power.
