Olga Gurevich, piano and Larry Shiller, violin perform sonatas of Beethoven and Franck Sunday October 20 4 p.m. Fairfield, CT   Meet the artists post-concert; refreshments served     Beethoven Sonata #9 (opus 47), "Kreutzer" Franck Sonata in A   First Church Congregational / 148 Beach Road / Fairfield CT 06824 [masked]   Tickets $20 at the door Olga Gurevich   Olga earned her Master's degree in Piano Performance and Piano Pedagogy at Gnesin Academy of Music with post graduate studies at Maimonides State Academy, both in Moscow.   Olga has performed widely in Europe, including with the Azerbaijan National Orchestra, Moscow Chamber Orchestra, and many chamber groups.   Olga is a winner of international piano competitions both in solo and piano four-hands and teaches piano in NYC.   Larry Shiller Larry is a graduate of H.B.S. and M.I.T., where he majored in math and was concertmaster of the MIT Symphony Orchestra.   Previously a violinist with several US symphonies, Larry performs regularly in the tri-state area, at venues including the Wilton Library, Roerich Museum, Alice Tully Hall, and Carnegie Hall.   Larry is founder/CEO of Learner's High, which automates and integrates the Socratic and Montessori methods, and prepares Fairfield County math students for math SAT and ACT exams.
