Quinn Shanahan and HoneyCo have NOT been involved with BiblioNasium for at least over the past 18 months!  That was many iterations before.  Please do not link to our site as an example of their work.  

We use an excellent company with on-shore management and off-shore developers with great pricing and results called Folio3. http://www.folio3.com/corp/
