Yes, I'll get a count of everyone coming mid-week and then I'll reserve the table(s). Buy your tickets in advance just so that everyone's seat is guaranteed :)

Hi Elisabet, I'm going to reserve tables for the meetup group. So that shouldn't be an issue -- I also think it's important that everyone shows up on the earlier side (like between 6:30-7pm) so that you can get comfortable and pick exactly where you want :)

Hi all! I'm going to put a reserved sign on some tables and write - "flamenco meetup" on it so that you know where to go. I am going to be backstage before the show mainly dealing with the artists -- so if someone wants to be in charge of greeting at the tables? There are 8 people at a table so I'll reserve like 3 or 4. Marina, I still have 3 people joining us. I went last night to buy tickets at the booth and was told we could pay tonight. I live near the venue so do not want to pay $18 processing fee. The attendant said we could pay at the door tonight. I hope that is correct. The three people coming, elderly Spaniards, are too frail for drama. Was I given the right info? I would love to be in charge of greeting.

Hi Elisabet - so the venue just told me we're sold out of seated tickets. We still have standing room, but I'm not sure that's appealing to your party. I wish they didn't tell you to wait on buying tickets! Did you buy them and put them on will call? or no?

The ticket agent said I could not buy tickets until tonight. I was told days ago that seated tickets were sold out but I saw messages from other group members buying tickets so I returned to the ticket office and was told that we MUST pay upon arrival tonight. How disappointing!
