Celtic Cardio Irish dance fitness
Celtic Cardio broke the mold of strict traditional Irish dance and fitness to develop an innovative and exciting dance fitness class suitable for all ages and levels.
Taught by former champion Irish dancers who know how to have fun while staying fit, these classes are for all levels of experience.
Celtic Cardio utilizes basic Irish dance movement (no experience needed) and uplifting and lively Celtic and Irish music to provide a fun memorable dance fitness experience.
Each class is 45 minutes long and includes stretching, warm up and cool down.
