OK, I know I said I was stepping down as organizer but as no one has yet to emerge as our new Organizer, I thought I'd go out on a high note. For those of you lucky enough to have seen the GG's last year on Staten Island, you know you're in for a treat. This time they're playing at RH Tugs Bar and Restaurant on Staten Island. A big shout out again to Michael McVey who brought us last year's memorable Guggenheim Grotto gig. Michael is once again stepping up and we thank him very much for that. He is offering to provide rides from the Ferry terminal, please make sure to read right to the end of this posting for details. Tickets are only $15 in advance, your RSVP is effectively a ticket booked. If you just show up on the day of the event, its $20 at the door. The music starts around 9pm so let's convene earlier to chow down and have a "scoop" or two.
