NY Quantified Self Show&Tell #9

  • Oct 14, 2010 · 7:00 PM
  • This location is shown only to members

Please come join us in October for another fun evening of self-tracking talks and sharing ideas and tools. If you are self-tracking in any way -- life-logging, biometrics, mood, sleep, pain, happiness, energy, etc -- come and share your methods, results and insight.

Come early, connect with others and share your interest in QS. We'll have snacks and wine to get us started.

7:00 - 8:30 pm QS SHOW & TELL TALKS

Presentations will start at 7pm. We save the talks for personal accounts of self-tracking and self-experimentation, rather than sales/investor pitches. We're also interested in gadgets or tools you've built or are using to track something about yourself. If you'd like to give a talk, please ]let us know in advance so we can discuss your topic and how much time you'll need. We try to keep the length of presentations to 10 minutes. If you have slides to show, feel free but it's not required.

Our venue for this Show&Tell is generously being provided by Zemoga. Food and video recording are being covered by HealthTap, our first annual sponsor, to support the Quantified Self movement expansion across the country and around the world.

We use the sponsor money to pay for professional video recording and some decent refreshments, as well as to fund projects that help the larger QS community. If you or your company are interested in sponsoring Quantified Self, please ]let us know.

Interesting tech and thought provoking subject matter. This was my first time, and I'll most definitely be back.

Great presentations. Should attendees get a waterproof badge or should no-shows get a wimp badge...or both?
