I write the blog Good Disruptive Change http://bit.ly/gUX... which is based on a 4 part model I developed for self-chosen change.
Yes. Things I'm tracking include: 1) My daily intake of micronutrients (protien, carbs, fat) and calories to figure out the amounts/numbers/averages that will keep my weight stable, given my activity level (which I also track). 2) My sleep (wake up times and bedtimes) to find what best aligns with my needs (i.e. work, activity level, etc.). 3) The amount of time each day I spend doing focused, uninterupted, in-the-zone work.
Nutrition, working out, cycling, parenting, and, of course, the topic I blog about: how to make self-chosen, sustainable life change.
