Are you doing any self-tracking projects?

I am keeping an excell spreadsheet to track my mood throughout the day as well as triggers such as food, excercise or lack thereof, social activities, ets. My goals is to reduce stress levels and find this tracking useful. I also track my calorie intake through nutritiondata.com, which has been immensely helpful as I can use the data to analyze mood changes.

Can you outline a few of your interests? (This will help the organizers get ideas for presentations and themes for upcoming meetings.)
