On a personal front, I currently track every subway train that I ride in NYC, I carry a passive GPS tracker with me always (the ultimate result of / use for which is TBD), and I am becoming an active FitBit user (of the tracker and the scale). I also record the scores from all board games I play with friends, and our moods while we were playing them. Professionally, I am an iOS developer who most recently made Emotish, a way to track & share your ever-changing emotional state through self-portraits using your iPhone. You can learn more & download the app for free at http://emotish.com
I am very interested in how to encourage and enable people to track their lives using mobile technology in ways that require minimal effort and maximal entertainment.
I am a longtime data junkie and an iOS developer. I made Emotish, a way to track & share your emotions through self-portraits. Right now I spend most of my time on Picturelife. Looking forward to seeing everyone in NYC again!
I love this Meetup Group. Everyone I've met so far has been very nice, very interesting, and full of great ideas.
