May NYST!

The Next NYST meeting is Weds. May 15th, 7pm at GameChanger's Office: 86 Chambers St. Suite 202, New York, NY .

This meetings presenter will be ESPN:

ESPN will present their array of digital products and the data-driven APIs that power them, focusing on the SportsCenter Feed. SC Feed is a web and iOS app that delivers real-time, personalized sports news. It is powered by the ESPNNow API, which aggregates all ESPN content, including breaking news, stories, videos, and podcasts, and algorithmically determines trending stories. The Now API is part of a larger set of ESPN APIs (http://developer.espn.com/), many of which are publicly available.

ESPN is the leading sports entertainment company, producing nearly 30,000 hours of live event and studio programming. Its many digital properties, including ESPN.com, Grantland.com, ESPN Mobile, ESPNRadio.com, ESPNDeportes.com, ESPNFC.com, and more, aim to serve sports fans everywhere across all platforms.

Special thanks to our co-organizer:

Stainless Code uses advanced semantic technology to allow easy integration of their metadata logging tools in real-time video workflows.  Their current clients include Major League Baseball and Turner Sports.

And, thanks to our sponsor:

GameChanger.io: The GameChanger mobile app and website provide scorekeeping, stats, live GameStream and recap stories for thousands of amateur teams.

Looking forward to seeing everyone.
