A couple times. Enough to know I enjoy it and want to get better at it. Not enough times to be considered "good" at it.
I tried out a free pass to Brooklyn Boulders a month ago, and just checked out the Cliffs at LIC. I like the emphasis on bodyweight strength, and the feeling of accomplishment from reaching the top.
Welcoming atmosphere, not too expensive events, and a rope partner...
