Naked Yoga For Men was founded in January of 2000 by Bob Sparling. You can call him Bobby or Bob. As of the eighth meeting (19 November 2000), the class has been led mostly by Clyde Nantais, a former dancer with the Boston Ballet. Since March 2001 it has met mostly twice weekly. On 10 March 2011 we met for the one thousandth time. Since January 2013, most Sundays have been led by Larry Pryor or Rick Frank. Clyde continues to lead Thursdays.
We get naked. We practice yoga. We don't care if you are young or old, straight or gay, black or white, sculpted or sagging. We welcome students of all levels, including beginners. We take pride in our respectful, supportive, and friendly but non-cruisy atmosphere. We are refreshingly free of "attitude". Class duration is 90 minutes.
