Namaste Night at the Movies

An unforgettable story of love and devotion, Ellen Burstyn delivers a tour-de-force performance as a woman who experiences clinical death and returns to life with the amazing ability to heal others. Attributing her powers to human love rather than divine intervention, she begins to aid the residents of her childhood town.

This is our last film for the season. Please join us and celebrate another year of uplifting and inspiring films. Bring your favorite snacks or treats for some conversation after the film in the kitchen.

This was quite enjoyable with spiritual themes that connected on levels almost beyond religion; more like humanistic values. Now wishing I didn't miss prior screening of other films with incredible emotional impact, insight, contemplation & surprising delight like this one. Now we understand why certain films (esp.quality ones) can withstand the test of time.

More importantly, to meet + view with friendly welcoming group. Everyone was very gracious, collectively helpful at end to restore room properly too. Thank-u greatly Marty for introducing profound rare films (retro or not) such as this. Our 1st time attending & hopefully not last. Til next one, *Happy Holiday Cheers + Sweet Blessings to All* =)

Thank you everyone for showing up tonight. It certainly was a great film. Here's to another great year of films that was entertaining, informative and enlightening. November and December will be dark. So, hoping to see you all again in January for the start of another year of inspiring films and conversation.
