What are your health goals?

Get my cholesterol down from 240 to 150! Exercise as much as possible and live a long, healthy, happy life.


My husband and I have been eating a whole foods, plant-based diet (mostly oil free) as of July 2012 -- and loving how it makes us feel. Hoping to find new friends who enjoy eating this way too.
