This is a special year for Britain’s most famous secret agent, as it was 50 years ago in 1962 that the first James Bond movie, Dr. No, was released. If you want to look at the character in print, he was first published in 1953, so it’s more like 60 years of "Shaken, not stirred".
Join us Saturday, November 17, for what is sure to be an excellent movie...although I'm reserving judgement on the much younger, much geekier interpretation of my favorite secondary character, Q.
The trailer is at the following link: http://www.imdb.com/video/imdb/vi2499585305/
Please plan on arriving early and ready to help save seats. I'm assuming the showtime will be the same as opening weekend, which means the movie will begin at 7:15. I will be in the lobby waiting for people until 7:10. Rumor has it there's a preview for Iron Man 3, so I definitely don't want to miss THAT!
If the theater tweeks the times, I will send an update.
Also, I'm a fan of ordering tickets online ahead of time. They're not available yet, but check out the theater's link to purchase in advance as soon as they become available: http://www.fandango.com/hollywoodtheaterscoconutpoint16_aavkp/theaterpage
