NO BAREFOOT POLE-WALKING WITH OUR GROUP!! Wear walking-sneakers and light outfits for our walking & stretching exercises. We do incorporate stretching exercises before, midterm and after our walks. After our Saturday walks, we meet for coffee at Fifth Ave Coffee Shop or at Tony's Off Third.
