This event is open to all kayak types as well as canoes
There are islands to explore, rocks to jump off and a rope swing for those who feel daring.
Oh yeah & bring your super soaker or water gun of choice - Game on :)
Bring some food & beverage we will find an island or beach to break for lunch, stretch our legs & go for a swim.
Gear requirements: "Bring your own" kayak (sorry no rentals on site) lifevest & wear it. You may want to bring some sunscreen, camera & be sure to have a waterproof container for your phone, keys, camera etc.
There is a $5 entrance fee to get into the park.
Where to Meet: Neals Cove Canoe Launch
Once entering the park drive 2 miles then take first right to Neals Cove Canoe Launch. Keep right and drive to end of parking lot. There is access to the water down a short dirt road where you can unload then park in the lot above.
