About the Speaker

The customer experience continues to transform due to the proliferation and use of data. And in our age of information, mobility and choice, the customer experience should be core to any product initiative. Michael Lummus is on the forefront of those data-driven trends.

As head of strategy for analytics giant Teradata's digital marketing offerings, he frequently speaks on the convergence of digital and traditional marketing at events by Gartner, MediaPost, the Association of National Advertisers and others. Michael has over a decade of product management, marketing and consulting experience - ranging from promoting concert tours to designing advanced marketing systems for Fortune 500 brands.

He holds degrees from Belmont University and Auburn University, taught technology management at Trevecca Nazarene University and is an Advisor to social software company, Gigya.

We’ll hear how high-growth companies are using data to improve customer experience, and why product managers should care.
