Introduction to Meditations: Four Part Series

Meditation is not always an easy thing for us to do... but it is an essential health tool that leads to a new perspective on living our lives. 

In this four part series of classes, You will learn how to tune in to your inner mind and learn how to tune out the external stimuli that may be causing pain, stress and drama. 

Register for all 4 classes by 08/30/14 and tuition is $50.00 

You will be Learn a 4 step process to bring yourself into a meditative state. Enjoy your meditations as you learn to incorporate them into you daily life... Shower, breakfast, meditate... and go to work in a wholesome mood so as to perform your job better and in a healthier manner.

4 part series: Once a week class on Thursdays in September
$15 per class ($60 for all four)

You do not need to attend all the classes... but you will benefit from the training if you do!
